With a strong background in both clinical practice and training, Deb has worked alongside some of the world’s leading aesthetic doctors, training internationally in London, Ireland, France, Singapore, and Taiwan. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of cosmetic innovation has seen her introduce advanced techniques to the Australian market.

As a clinical trainer for major pharmaceutical companies, Deb has educated and mentored countless doctors and nurses in aesthetic practices across the country. Despite her impressive career, she remains deeply connected to her private patients, taking the time to truly listen, understand their goals, and create personalised treatment plans that achieve natural, rejuvenating results.

When she’s not in the clinic, Deb is a social butterfly, spending time with her husband or catching up with her closest girlfriends over Japanese food or Pilates.

With a rich background in mental health nursing and her current work in the hospital Emergency Department, she has a natural ability to make people feel seen, supported, and safe. At Facestudio, Alessia specialises in Microneedling and Secret RF, using her clinical knowledge to customise each session for optimal results. She loves these treatments for their ability to stimulate collagen, improve skin texture, and enhance natural radiance. Seeing clients gain confidence and feel beautiful in their own skin is what makes her role so rewarding.
