Cancellation Policy

An automated reminder will be sent to you via text message 72 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations/rescheduling (moving your appointment to another day) made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Meaning you will forfeit your $50 deposit.

If a deposit has not been paid, you will be required to pay a $50 fee for any cancellation/reschedule made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Our aim is to respond to all calls and messages within 24 hours. Please be aware that if you contact the clinic outside of business hours there may be a delay in our response.
